Mission Staffing is seeking investment professionals for an alternative asset manager to source, underwrite, and execute opportunities across asset-based finance and structured credit while developing relationships with investors and market counterparties.

Qualifications

Asset-based finance and structured credit experience.
Strong underwriting and financial evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and underwrite investment opportunities across asset-based finance, structured credit, and related markets.
Source and develop new investment opportunities while building relationships with market participants and counterparties.
Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, structuring, and relative value assessment across potential investments.
Work closely with senior investment professionals across sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and capital markets initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, clients, counterparties, and other external partners.
Represent the investment platform externally and effectively communicate investment strategies and opportunities.
