Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in top management consulting or equivalent in-house corporate development.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication to articulate complex concepts.

• Strategic thinking with market awareness and business acumen.
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of UBS Group and its GWM division for the Americas on regional, country, channel and product level, together with the respective businesses
• Support the decision making of our internal business partners on senior management level
• Conduct industry, competitor and benchmarking analyses
• Design operating models and processes for specific markets and business segments
• Coordinate and challenge business plans including financial modelling
• Develop implementation roadmaps of strategic initiatives
• Drive M&A projects from a strategic perspective (rationale, financial opportunity, due diligence, etc.)
• Be open to do cross-divisional strategy projects/rotations as opportunities arise
