Formación

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Extensive experience cooking in and leading a high-volume upscale concept restaurant.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification preferred.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for at least 8 hours.
