Qualifications

• 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Should have strong corporate restaurant systems experience.
• Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability.
• Experience with $8M sales volume or higher.

• Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility.
• Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation.
