Role Overview

The Executive Kitchen Manager works as part of the restaurant management team to build sales and grow the business through a commitment to details, standards, and “Guest for Life” moments.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Leadership
  • Create and maintain a clean, professional, and educational environment in the kitchen.
  • Make decisions consistently in the best interest of guests, employees, and the organization.
  • Coach and develop hourly employees to optimize results and foster growth within the organization.
Build the Business
  • Produce high-quality food consistently according to recipes and standards.
  • Follow all CENTRAARCHY BOH protocols, including Line Checks, Facility Walkthroughs, Logs, HACCP, and Health Department standards.
  • Create a safe, sanitary, and compliant work environment.
  • Develop menus aligned with the restaurant concept and company direction.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through superior food quality.
  • Participate in Profit & Loss meetings and implement action plans as needed.
Build the Team
  • Ensure all employees are thoroughly trained for their roles.
  • Maintain staffing levels to meet or exceed budgeted labor costs.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for BOH employees.
Drive for Results
  • Monitor labor reports and manage overtime.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and performance documentation.
  • Control costs to meet or beat budgeted food costs.
  • Negotiate for the best prices while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct routine physical inventories.
  • Set appropriate prep levels for freshness and labor efficiency.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company systems.
Qualified Candidates Will Have :
  • At least 5 years of progressive culinary management experience in well-rated restaurants.
  • Experience managing expo in a busy kitchen.
  • Proven success in hiring, training, and mentoring managers and staff.
  • Strong financial skills in cost control, labor management, and profitability.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team.
