Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• 4 years kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• High school graduate with culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties for the kitchen.
• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
• Lead kitchen crew training and development.
• Ensure all food meets quality specifications.
• Interface with management on financial responsibilities.
