Job summary

Landed is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager in West Hollywood, CA to lead restaurant operations, direct all team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee kitchen and dining room, drive training and policy adherence, manage safety standards, and coordinate daily shifts, menu rollouts, and cost controls.

The role demands strong leadership, culinary focus, and the ability to coach staff across shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Culinary interest with commitment to continued culinary development.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a positive and outgoing personality
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced and high stress work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Ongoing current Food Safety Manager certification

Responsibilities

• Lead all team members by exemplifying leadership and fostering a positive environment.
• Conduct training of all team members using the certification process.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and coach team members.
• Oversee kitchen and dining room operations and overall restaurant performance.
• Plan rollout of new menu items and LTOs with communication and prep.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met across all stations.
• Review schedules and manage labor costs; monitor inventory and costs.
• Drive guest experience through hospitality and timely decision making.
