Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef in Clark, NJ to support the Executive Chef and oversee kitchen operations. You will help ensure safety, quality, and cost control while directing meal preparation in line with corporate guidelines.

The role requires 3-5 years of culinary experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities in a dynamic corporate dining environment.

Qualificações

• B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or A.O.S. in Culinary Arts with related training.
• 3-5 years of culinary experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food cost and kitchen controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is desirable.
