Qualifications

• Must be able to push up to 500 lbs. and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Have knowledge in a wide range of cooking techniques.
• Must have good computer skills and organization skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop additions to menu.
• Training of staff.
• Directs proper sanitation and organization of all kitchen facilities and equipment.
• Maintains proper maintenance of walk-in coolers and food rotation.
• Monitors daily food production and staff safety.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating and rotation of products.
