Job summary

The Sage Group seeks a Director, Keynotes & Executive Content to lead strategy, development, and execution of high-profile keynote and executive communications across major events, executive programs, and global activations.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in executive communications, keynote content, content strategy, or related B2B technology storytelling, with strong editorial judgment and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive communications, keynote content, content strategy, corporate communications, event marketing, or a related field.
• Experience supporting senior executives in large enterprise, B2B SaaS, technology, or global organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation development skills, including scripts, executive messaging, and keynote storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead keynote strategy and content development for major events, executive programs, and global activations.
• Partner with senior executives to create narratives, messaging, scripts, and presentations aligned to their voice and business objectives.
• Translate complex product, industry, customer, and corporate messaging into clear, compelling stories for executive audiences.
• Oversee development of keynote scripts, presentations, customer interviews, panels, videos, demos, and other audience-facing content.
• Advise executives and cross-functional stakeholders on messaging, storytelling, creative direction, and presentation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Communications, Events, regional teams, customers, and Production to deliver cohesive keynote experiences.
• Prepare executives, customers, and speakers through content reviews, briefings, coaching, rehearsals, and readiness sessions.
• Provide senior editorial and creative oversight through production and onsite execution.
• Use audience, market, competitive, and business insights to strengthen keynote strategy and content performance.
