Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Keynote Content Producer to shape creative content for flagship live experiences, including AU, OTC, TechX, and more. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of live event production, keynote production, or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with interdependent workstreams.
• Ability to influence results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with external creative agencies or production vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with keynote strategy leads and stakeholders to produce engaging keynote experiences, translating messaging into presentation and multimedia content.
• Manage end-to-end production of keynote content across Autodesk's flagship events, ensuring timely delivery for live presentation.
• Drive alignment across departments and partners, facilitating decisions and influencing outcomes across teams.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and external agencies, managing timelines and deliverables.
