Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content behind our live experiences, from AU to OTC and TechX. You will partner across Executive Communications, Product Marketing, Brand, and production teams to transform ideas into memorable keynote experiences through design, multimedia, and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years in live event, keynote, or creative production with executive presentations.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with external creative agencies or production vendors.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to produce engaging keynote experiences.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production of keynote content across events and assets.
• Drive alignment across teams and external partners to influence outcomes.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and assets.
• Develop and maintain integrated workback schedules for content delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies, surfacing issues early and solving them.
• Manage content milestones from script to show delivery.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and version control across stakeholders.
• Support rehearsals, technical run‑throughs, and show readiness onsite.
• Lead post‑event retrospectives and implement improvements.
• Develop repeatable processes and production playbooks as the function evolves.
