Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking an Industry Transformation Advisory (ITA) Engagement Lead Architect to drive innovation and digital transformation for strategic federal and DOD customers. You will craft strategic roadmaps and build compelling business cases guiding customers’ decisions, with emphasis on SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud solutions.

You will lead executive-level engagements, develop financial impact analyses, and partner across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes in finance and IT.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead customer engagements at executive level.
• Proven knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and cloud solutions with principal consulting skills in at least one functional area (e.g. Plan to Produce, Acquire to Retire).
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information clearly.
• Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives.
• Sound knowledge of discovery phase engagements and estimation methods.
• 10+ years of SAP solution experience, 15+ years consulting experience.
• 12+ years of solution and/or architecture (business & IT) experience.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customers IT and business executives.
• Work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes.
• Analyze key business and IT requirements in the Finance area.
• Develop strategic roadmaps encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.
• Identify improvement potentials for selected lines of business.
• Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value.
