Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) IT organization seeks a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 service desk support and resolve technical issues across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with IT specialists, support AWS and Microsoft 365, and assist executive leadership and staff at the Crystal City office with professional, timely service while maintaining security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a service/help desk or technical support role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused IT support for executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 service desk support and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve requests in a timely manner.
• Support AWS and Microsoft 365 cloud solutions.
• Provide onsite IT support at Crystal City office and conduct regular walkthroughs.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, workstation setup, and account provisioning.
