Job summary

VC3, Inc. seeks an IT Strategic Advisor to work with Vermont clients from our Williston office. You will guide executive stakeholders, translate business goals into technology roadmaps, and manage budgets for ongoing VC3 solutions.

In this role, you will lead client relationships, present clear roadmaps, and drive renewals while ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and industry standards. A strong consultative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of business/IT experience, preferably in an MSP.Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and align technology with client goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients at an executive level to align technology with long-term goals.
• Lead development of client technology roadmaps and IT budgets.
• Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities to grow services.
• Explain risks and document decisions to manage VC3 risk and liability.
