Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Technology team at the Wilmington, Delaware headquarters. The role delivers discreet tech support for executives, manages device lifecycles, and ensures readiness for meetings and events in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will configure Teams Rooms, coordinate asset shipments, and maintain clear support documentation while adhering to global policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of direct IT support experience in a corporate or technical environment.
• Strong technical skills with desktop hardware and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, white-glove technology support for executives and ensure meeting readiness.
• Manage full device lifecycle, staging center operations, inventory and asset records.
• Coordinate secure packing, shipping, receiving, tracking and distribution of IT equipment; support offboarding processes.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Live Events, and Town Hall environments.
• Train employees and end-user resources on effective use of technology; maintain support documentation.
