Qualifications

• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent.
• Experience leveraging AI in project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute complex projects delivering software value.
• Communicate with stakeholders to define requirements and constraints.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and deliverables.
• Manage vendor contracting to fully executed contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance and delivery.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster a high-performance environment.
• Prepare progress reports for senior leadership highlighting milestones.
• Drive continuous improvements, including AI-enabled practices.
• Mentor junior project managers.
