MassMutual is seeking an Investment FP&A Analytics Lead to own the investment forecast, translate strategy into financial projections, and inform management actions. You will collaborate with FP&A, Finance, Investment Management, and the Business to deliver decision-ready insights and drive enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, treasury, investments, strategy, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Solid understanding of insurance investment portfolios and their impact on STAT and GAAP financials.
• Demonstrated experience partnering across functions and influencing stakeholders in matrix environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior audiences.
