Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Investment FP&A Forecasting Strategy Lead to own the end-to-end forecasting lifecycle for the investment portfolio. The role partners with Finance leadership to ensure a transparent, scalable forecast used by senior executives for planning and decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A forecasting, actuarial modeling, ALM, CFT/AAT, or related finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience leading model or platform conversions and business-side decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the investment forecasting operating model across planning, production, and governance.
• Design workflows with clear ownership and transparent handoffs, minimizing reliance on individuals.
• Lead the business side of FP&A system transformation, including Anaplan, and oversee UAT.
• Represent FP&A in enterprise governance, ensuring data flows support decision making.
• Build an operational foundation for insight with scalable models and processes.
• Develop junior talent and create a sustainable, repeatable forecasting capability.
