Job summary

MassMutual seeks an Investment Forecasting Strategy & Transformation Lead to own the forecasting lifecycle for the investment portfolio. You will drive end-to-end forecasting, data governance, and platform enhancements across planning and execution, partnering with Finance and Investment Management leadership.

You will design scalable workflows, oversee Anaplan workstreams, and translate business needs into future-state platform requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A forecasting, actuarial modeling, ALM, CFT/AAT, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of forecasting processes, planning cycles, and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the investment forecasting operating model and governance.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives including Anaplan reimplementation.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure data governance and enterprise alignment.
• Build scalable, repeatable forecasting workflows and export-ready insights.
• Develop junior talent and reduce key-person risk by documenting processes.
