Job summary

RRBB Advisors, LLC seeks an International Tax Partner to lead cross-border engagements and drive the practice across clients with inbound/outbound structuring, treaty analysis, and compliance oversight. This senior role reports to firm leadership and focuses on delivering high-quality work while expanding referral networks.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in international tax within public accounting, CPA license, and a track record of growing teams and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 12+ years of international tax experience.
• CPA license in good standing.
• Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM (Tax) preferred.
• Experience building or scaling an international tax practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships for international tax engagements.
• Direct delivery of complex international tax compliance and reporting.
• Provide leadership on inbound/outbound structuring and treaty positions.
• Drive practice growth through business development and referrals.
• Develop and mentor tax professionals and leaders.
• Manage engagement economics and capacity planning.
