Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Information Technology or related field and 10+ years in security/ IAM domains.
• Extensive hands-on experience with IAM tools and designing enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with executive management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary advisor for IAM initiatives and best practices.
• Design and architect IAM solutions using SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable plans.
• Lead integration of IAM with existing systems and ensure performance.
• Provide technical escalation and guidance to engineering teams.
