Job summary
Columbia Forest Products seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead our HR technology strategy, governance, and ongoing optimization of UKG Pro and UKG Ready. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Operations to deliver scalable HR solutions, analytics, and process improvements across a multi-site manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HRIS, strong leadership and analytics skills, and experience guiding HR data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of HRIS experience.
- 5+ years of advanced UKG Pro and UKG Ready administration experience.
- Experience leading HRIS projects and system implementations.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development experience.
- Experience developing HR data governance frameworks.
- Manufacturing or multi-site workforce experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Leads HRIS strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of HR systems.
- Owns UKG Pro and UKG Ready administration and optimization.
- Develop HR data governance standards and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional HR technology projects and implementations.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR and payroll processes.
- Oversee system configuration, security, workflows, and hierarchies.
- Ensure compliance with labor, payroll, privacy, and reporting requirements.
- Foster continuous improvement and professional development within HR team.
