Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience directly supervising HR staff.
• Experience leading HR across multiple core disciplines: Employee Relations & Investigations; Labor Relations; Recruitment & Workforce Planning; Compliance & HR Operations; Performance Management.
• Executive presence with a track record advising senior leadership and influencing organizational change.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR leader for the hospital and trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to align workforce strategies with business, clinical, and operational goals.
• Demonstrate the ability to influence leaders, drive organizational initiatives, and advise senior teams effectively.
• Develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and HR-related expenditures.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and culture transformation initiatives across the facility.
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and targeted retention efforts to support ongoing hospital staffing needs.
• Oversee labor relations activities, including administration of collective bargaining agreements and building collaborative union partnerships.
