Qualifications

• Six or more years as HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of human resources for the resort and serve on the executive team.
• Foster inclusive culture, compliance with laws, and employee engagement.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of talent.
• Coordinate compensation, budgeting, and benefits with Shared Services.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Omni's goals.
