Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa in Florida is seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the resort's executive leadership team and lead all aspects of the human resources function.

The role oversees recruitment, development, retention, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, and strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive culture and ensure exceptional service across the property.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of HR leadership experience in Hotels/Resorts.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment, development, and retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Influence Omni culture through executive leadership and strategic HR oversight.
• Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and workforce planning for the property.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and coaching with fair application of policies.
