Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel or related field with progressive responsibilities.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proficient with Windows OS and company-approved spreadsheets/word processing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Ability to convey information clearly and act under pressure.
• Ability to analyze data and respond to problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Housekeeping Department ensuring Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Inspect rooms daily and manage scheduling based on occupancy.
• Prepare employee schedules and payroll-related reports weekly.
• Maintain purchasing, invoicing, and SOP compliance for the department.
• Train staff on safety, housekeeping procedures and Best Practice guidelines.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments for maintenance and services.
• Monitor room status and balance PM reports with system records.
• Ensure proper lobbies, public areas, back-of-house cleanliness and safety.
• Attend departmental and all-employee meetings; participate in MOD coverage.
