Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience leading a hotel housekeeping department.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain Brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee room attendants, laundry, and cleaners; supervise, train, schedule and recruit staff.
• Control department expenses including cost per occupied room and labor costs.
• Coordinate with vendors for training and product specifications, and inventory supplies.
