The ideal candidate brings prior hotel housekeeping leadership, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and performance reviews in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience leading a hotel housekeeping department.
• Highly organized, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Outstanding people skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee room attendants, laundry and cleaners, directing scheduling and training.
• Ensure brand standards and guestroom cleanliness.
• Manage departmental expenses and labor costs.
• Coordinate with vendors for product training and equipment.
• Perform performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
