Job summary

HHM Hospitality in Anaheim seeks a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to lead and develop our guest rooms and public areas team, maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in line with brand guidelines.

You will interview, train, schedule, coach and supervise associates, monitor performance, inspect rooms and public areas, address guest inquiries, and manage inventories and budgets while promoting sustainability and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• One year housekeeping supervisor experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule and coach associates.
• Monitor staff performance for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness and safety.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties.
• Maintain inventory and submit orders to ensure supplies.
• Prepare departmental paperwork.
• Communicate service scores to drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
