Job summary

ARK in Memphis, TN is seeking a housekeeping manager to lead the hotel housekeeping team and ensure top sanitation standards for our guests. You will guide staff to meet our high cleanliness and service expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EVS and cleaning processes and equipment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and arrange repairs as needed.
• Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to meet our cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
• Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office
• Monitor daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Order cleaning supplies as needed, manage inventory and department budget.
