The role requires 1–3 years of supervising experience, high energy, and commitment to service excellence. A Sunday differential may apply and weekend shifts are common in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of management experience supervising 5-10 team members.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 40-50 pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Train, coach and recruit staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas.
• Oversee inventory and safety policies.
