Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper - Rooms to lead the housekeeping department to brand standards and owner expectations. You will manage staff, budgets, and quality control to craft guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping management experience required.
• Skilled in hotel systems and technologies
• Experience working with the Marriott Family of brands a plus
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs

Responsibilities

• Managing the Department Associates and P&L
• Interviewing, hiring, disciplining and motivating Housekeeping staff
• Implement 247Hotels and Brand operational procedures for the housekeeping department
• Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service
• Assign and inspect rooms daily
• Controls ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month.
• Reviews all costs associated with the Department and approve budgeted expenses using checkbook accounting methods
• Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met.
