Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper - Rooms to lead the Housekeeping Department and maintain brand standards. The role focuses on managing department staff, hiring and scheduling to support exceptional guest experiences and investor returns.

Responsibilities include supervising the team and P&L, training on Brand standards, daily room assignments, inventory control, cost review, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping management experience required.
• Skilled in hotel systems and technologies
• Experience working with the Marriott Family of brands a plus
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs

Responsibilities

• Manage the Department Associates and P&L.
• Interview, hire, discipline and motivate Housekeeping staff.
• Implement 247Hotels and Brand operational procedures for the housekeeping department.
• Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service.
• Assign and inspect rooms daily.
• Control ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month.
• Review all costs associated with the Department and approve budgeted expenses using checkbook accounting methods.
• Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure health regulations and safety standards are met.
