Sonesta Denver (Downtown) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring clean rooms and quality service for guests. The role includes inspecting rooms, training attendants, and performing cleaning duties as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least two years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years housekeeping experience including supervisory training preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and performance management.
• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
