Hyatt Regency Ontario is undergoing a major transformation and renovation. The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping department, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness standards, managing budgets, and coordinating with engineering and front office to support a seamless guest experience during the transition.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in full-service hotel environments.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly staff.
• Strong understanding of cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, labor productivity, staffing, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel operations technology.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency aligned with Hyatt Regency branding.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards.
• Oversee room assignments, readiness, productivity, and coordination with Front Office.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and implement corrective measures.
