Job summary

Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center in Ontario, CA, is undergoing a full renovation and rebranding to Hyatt Regency. We seek an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry, uphold elevated brand standards, and build a high-performing team delivering spotless guest rooms and public spaces.

You will manage staffing, SOPs, safety, and data security, while collaborating with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in upscale hotels.
• Proven success managing large teams across housekeeping, public areas, and laundry.
• Experience opening, renovating, or rebranding a hotel is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of brand standards, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Ability to implement efficient operating procedures, inventory controls, and labor management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure top standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of hotel services, room types, occupancy, and group activity schedules to respond to guest inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute daily room assignments and adjust as needed.
• Manage distribution, tracking, and security of keys, radios, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols.
• Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping SOPs aligned with upscale branding.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
