Shaner Hotels in Marathon, FL is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations at the Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort Marathon. You will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards with 1–3 years of housekeeping management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of housekeeping management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations; ensure brand standards.
• Create and adjust staff schedules based on occupancy.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure exceptional service.
• Manage departmental budgets, reports, and training.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
