Residence Inn Provo, part of NCG Hospitality, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage the housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams, while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

Formación

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Housekeeping or related work experience.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public area team, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed.
• Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure high performance and team growth.
• Establish and maintain systems, checklists, and inspection programs to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency.
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when needed, supporting team efforts across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and key control procedures.
• Deliver superior room and public area cleanliness that meets or exceeds brand and guest expectations.
• Monitor and control departmental costs (labor, inventory, linen management).
