Job summary

InnVentures at Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Draper is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations and train staff across guestrooms. You will ensure rooms are prepared, standards are met, and teamwork drives guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring housekeeping experience in hospitality, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting maintenance and other departments.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires physical work including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the department each day, reporting room status to the front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found and scheduling.
• Inspect and/or clean multiple rooms each day.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet hotel goals.
