Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of budget preparation, payroll, and cost spending controls.
• Strong initiative and achievement drive in a team setting.
• Ability to handle problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience in stressful situations and guest-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver's License is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including cleaning and restocking rooms.
• Conduct daily room inspections to ensure brand standards.
• Supervise room inspectors and attendants across housekeeping operations.
• Forecast and control budget components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Prepare team member schedules in line with budgets and forecasts.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and discipline.
