Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department, manage staff, and ensure high-quality guest service across the hotel. The role involves scheduling, budget oversight, and maintaining brand standards.

You will supervise room attendants, inspectors, and laundry staff, while driving cost controls and revenue opportunities. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet guest needs and business demands.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping operations in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to forecast, monitor, and control department budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies and cleaning rooms.
• Supervise Room Inspectors, Attendants, Houseperson and Laundry Attendants across all hotel cleaning operations.
• Forecast, monitor and control budget components to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Prepare team member schedules in line with budgets and forecasts.
• Recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, training and disciplinary actions.
