Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. Marlborough, MA is seeking a Part-Time Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites and support guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, reporting maintenance issues, and delivering prompt customer service. Shifts are Thursday to Sunday, with weekends and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Attendant to join our Team! Our 142 room Hampton Inn by Hilton in Marlborough is located near Apex Entertainment and many corporate offices. We’re off US 20 and I-495, ten minutes from I-90. New England Sports Center and New England Baseball Complex are three miles away. Our guests from all over the country enjoy a daily complimentary delicious breakfast. The Hampton Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
• Typical Shifts: 3 days a week, Thursday- Sunday availability needed.
