Job summary

The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping team, oversee the budget and staffing, and ensure top-quality guest services. You will supervise both housekeeping and laundry, manage cost controls, and schedule staff to meet occupancy needs.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, hotel housekeeping experience, and the ability to work within hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of English and guest communication.
• High school education; additional education preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses or certificates.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including counseling and evaluations.
• Assist in developing and monitoring the annual budget and labor costs.
• Maintain cost controls for staffing, linens, and supplies.
• Ensure quality services meet guest needs and standards.
• Schedule staff according to labor standards and occupancy forecasts.
• Maintain room quality per hotel guidelines and inventory levels.
• Conduct inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment; order as needed.
• Alert hotel management to emergencies via all communication channels.
• Ensure security of lost and found items and on-loan equipment.
• Maintain productivity and report on performance against plan.
