Job summary

Residence Inn DFW Airport North/Grapevine is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to manage overall cleanliness and friendly service hotel-wide, including guest rooms and public areas in Grapevine, TX.

You will oversee the housekeeping team, schedule daily room assignments, review status reports, and ensure safety and organization of storage and laundry areas. Experience in hospitality and supervisory duties is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, franchise or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping team daily and ensure checklists are completed.
• Schedule room assignments and verify rooms are cleaned and ready for sale.
• Prepare daily objectives and oversee housekeeping reports and handovers.
• Maintain storage rooms and laundry areas, monitor safety and cleanliness.
• Submit maintenance requests and manage supply/inventory levels.
• Conduct regular inventories and ensure guest rooms meet standards.
