Job summary

Residence Inn DFW Airport North/Grapevine is seeking a Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways and public areas with a focus on spotless environments and friendly service.

You will stock supplies, follow established cleanliness checklists, and support team members to maintain high guest satisfaction. A team-oriented, can-do attitude is expected for varied shifts at the Grapevine property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work under pace and pressure.
• Good listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning and stocking duties on assigned work cart.
• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, or guest laundry as needed.
