Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of housekeeping experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead a team and interact with guests effectively.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; lift up to 15 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure timely cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including VIP rooms, check-outs, and special requests.
• Review and confirm completion of daily room cleaning and inspections to meet company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and linen stores for quality control.
• Address and resolve issues related to cleanliness or maintenance promptly.
• Monitor and document room inspection results; provide feedback and corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens; ensure stock and storage.
• Prepare and follow up on maintenance work orders for repairs or replacements.
