Ivy Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team in delivering impeccable cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. You will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, inventory management, and ongoing coaching to maintain high guest satisfaction while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of hotel housekeeping experience, with one year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and housekeeping management software.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to housekeeping and hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and push/pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs.
• Capable of bending, stooping, and stretching to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate daily hotel operations, including VIP rooms, guest check-outs, and special requests.
• Review daily room cleaning and inspections to ensure rooms meet standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and linen closets for quality.
• Address and resolve issues related to room cleanliness or maintenance promptly.
• Monitor and document room inspection results with feedback and corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Prepare and follow up on maintenance work orders for repairs or replacements.
• Assist in training and orientation of new housekeeping associates.
