Job summary

TownePlace Suites Mooresville is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to manage breakfast service for guests, ensuring quality food, presentation, and a safe, clean environment. You will deliver memorable guest experiences while following health and safety regulations and hotel brand standards.

Focus is on maintaining inviting dining areas, assisting with inventory and promotions, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher-level education.
• Must speak fluent English (other languages preferred).
• ServSafe, CPR, and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Requires lifting, bending, squatting, and physical labor; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in the use of property management and inventory systems.
• Perform daily opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform by Brand and Opal standards.
• Maintain cash drawer and report any overages or shortages to the Manager.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and hospitably.
• Be willing to work any shift, including nights and holidays.
