Job summary

Innisfree Hotels, Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure room cleanliness, and uphold brand standards. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage a busy housekeeping department.

You will schedule staff, monitor budgets, coordinate with maintenance, and report to management. A high school diploma and several years of hospitality housekeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public areas with the maintenance department.
• Prepare the annual housekeeping budget.
• Prepare housekeeping‑related reports for management.
• Show initiative in job performance by anticipating the needs of guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
